"There is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats Simply messing."

Said Ratty to his friend Mole in 'The Wind in the Willows'.

Simon and Pat Davis, who started Rivertime 10 years ago with one boat, because they loved 'messing about in boats'. Now they have more than 20 boats on the Thames between Windsor and Henley.

The fleet has 4 x 12-seater launches and 7 x 8-seater electric launches which are available for hire. These are moored at a number of prestigious venues including Oakley Court Hotel, Monkey Island Hotel, Queen's Eyot, Sir Christopher Wren's House Hotel, Thames Riviera Hotel, Cookham and Henley Management College.

Rivertime has added to its fleet a number of skiffs, punts, pedalos and canoes which are used for corporate regattas. At these corporate regattas the group race in these boats with medals for the winning crews and a great time is had by all. Ideal for team building, entertaining clients or just having fun on the river.

Nautical treasure hunts are events unique to Rivertime when the participants take to the water in groups of five or six with a skipper in electric launches. They search for clues along the riverbank and complete a general knowledge questionnaire.

At a millennium party Rivertime supplied 10 electric boats with skippers and they carried no less than 6,541 people covering five hundred miles in five days. Rivertime has a committed team all of whom are fully trained skilled boatmen.

Over the past 10 years Rivertime has become a considerable force in the corporate entertainment world and Simon and Pat Davis pride themselves on never leaving a stone unturned to ensure that the objectives of the day are fully met and surpassed.
